William de Dufour

Technical Sales Director

Bill lives in the Texas Hill country outside Austin. He has over 15 years Technical Sales experience, in the security, end user computing, infrastructure, and management environments. He was also the Director of Infrastructure at a large (top 40) K12 school district. He received his MBA from the College of William & Mary, and is an avid Formula 1 fan, and drone flyer.

Greg Duescher

Solution Architect, West

Greg worked as the Systems Administrator at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh ResLife Department for over 5 years before joining Unidesk. While at Oshkosh, he became Unidesk customer #67 in order to get VDI out of POC phase - after several previous failed attempts. The department was 100% virtualized for desktops in under 3 months after installing Unidesk. He ran a medium sized datacenter with just himself and 3 students and has experience from server hardware and storage to networking and firewalls, and HVAC and power systems.

In his free time he enjoys being out doors and at his cabin. He still volunteers at a boy scout camp where he previously worked at as a counselor. Greg prefers Star Trek to Star Wars.

Ian Jones

Sr. Solution Architect, EMEA

Ian has been in IT for over 20 years with a long Background in Citrix and Microsoft reaching back to Windows 3 and Citrix WinFrame. He started out as a Consultant designing and implementing these solutions. And has worked in all areas of the business. from end user to Distribution and Vendors. Ian is experienced across a wide range of other technologies and is highly experienced at seeing the larger picture when looking at solutions for projects and seeing the business impact of a solution.

Jeff Pitsch

Senior Solution Architect, Team Lead

Jeff is a former Microsoft MVP and a founding Member of Citrix Technology Professionals; he has 20 years IT experience as an admin and consultant specializing in Remote Desktop Services and Virtual Desktops. He lives in Grand Rapids, MI. with his wife, 3 very active boys and dog. He earned a BS from Aquinas College and enjoys hockey, football, soccer, and gaming.

Rob Robinson

Solution Architect, West

Rob lives in Vancouver WA, is a former Unidesk customer, and a former Marine as well. He loves the Pacific Northwest and enjoys the outdoors. Hiking and mountain biking are some of his favorite outdoor activities. Rob is famous for his beard competitions and has helped raise over $5,000 for charity in 2016. Rob also volunteers his time supporting Northwest Battle Buddies and The Battle Ground Rotary Club.​

Spencer Sun

Solution Architect, East & Healthcare

Spencer joined Unidesk and the Solution Architect team in December, 2014. He’s specialized in Citrix technologies since 1998, starting with the WinFrame and MetaFrame products. Since then, he has worked as a consultant, designing and implementing virtualization solutions for companies ranging in size from SMB to Fortune 500 companies.

When not sitting in front of his computer, Spencer likes to travel the world and ply his love of photography. He has stood on all seven continents and has amassed over 2,000,000 miles with American Airlines.

Rob Zylowski

Senior Solution Architect

Rob is old, really old! He went to the University of Rochester undergrad and got a BS degree in Geology, then an MBA from the same school. He started out in IT in the 80’s and early 90’s doing lots of stuff. He then became an IT infrastructure consultant for 15 years mostly for fortune 500 clients doing AD migrations, standard desktop deployments, server and desktop virtualization, networking messaging, storage, DR etc. Rob now lives in central NJ with his wife and two children, one in college and one soon to be (feel free to recommend a raise to Unidesk management). For Unidesk he spends time on helping customers with strategy and developing scripted solutions to common customer problems.
