The problem occurs when the print driver is updated or a new driver is created on the print server. If you find a printer and update the driver a registry is created to Copy Files usually spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\hpcpn115.dll
remove the Print driver that is associated with the printer from Print Server Properties
Next go into the registry on the Print SERVER to
Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\[PrinterName]\CopyFiles\BIDI"
and delete the “copyfiles” key in full.
attached is a script i built so i do not have to delete the drivers by hand. There is alot of extra stuff in the script that i edited out.
