I saw you assigned McAfee A/V as an app layer within Unidesk. I didn't think application virtualization tools could package system services?
Good catch. That was deliberate to show that Unidesk is able to package and deliver any application, even apps such as antivirus that traditional application virtualization products cannot handle. Application virtualization is known to have problems with any application that has a boot-time driver or system service, as well as custom-built applications that use scripts and don’t use formal installers. Unidesk’s layering technology can deliver anything – Windows itself, A/V, Adobe Acrobat, printer drivers, and even VMware ThinApps if you want to deliver apps that are isolated.
