How is Unidesk licensed?

We offer a perpetual licensing model, with annual Complete Care service (support and maintenance) mandatory for all purchases. The licensing unit is a Managed Desktop, which is defined as the number of virtual desktops created, updated, and managed by Unidesk. This may include persistent desktops (assigned to specific users, retain state, and used only by those users), non-persistent desktops (don’t retain state, shared by many users, e.g. labs), and non-concurrent desktops (may or may not retain state, shared by multiple users, but not at same time, e.g. shift workers).
