How do you handle the per-machine unique elements of a typical desktop that write their own changes? I'm thinking management agents, anti-virus agents, group policy settings, etc?

Unidesk is compatible with all of these changes. Group policy settings can be applied to Unidesk desktops just as they would any other desktop. Anti-virus agents and other management agents can be delivered by Unidesk as separate application layers, or bundled as part of the O/S layer. Anti-virus settings specific to each virtual machine are retained in each machine’s personalization layer, ensuring that GUIDs and SIDs persist through updates and patches to Windows.
